Abu Dhabi hosts Global Food Week from October 21-23 at ADNEC under Sheikh Mansour's patronage.
Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the UAE, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Court, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority, the Global Food Week will commence from October 21 to 23. The event will take place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) with extensive local and international participation including key decision-makers, experts, and leading global companies in the sector.
Organised by ADNEC Group in collaboration with the authority and other notable partners such as Khalifa International Award for Date Palm and Agricultural Innovation and Abu Dhabi Investment Office, this significant gathering attracts a record number of participants from governmental and private entities. It includes an elite array of global food and beverage brands spanning various sectors like food innovation, modern agricultural technologies, supply chain management, sustainability and healthy nutrition, alongside food security and regulatory policies.
Ahmed Shaker, CEO of Capital 360 and Capital Events under ADNEC Group said: "This year's edition demonstrates record growth across all performance indicators concerning space allocation and participating countries. New accompanying events are being introduced for the first time; exhibition space has increased by 15%, reaching 33,542 square meters compared to previous editions. Moreover, there is a 9% increase in participating companies reaching up to 2,070."
