The Ministry of Education has approved school schedules for all educational levels, kindergarten through grade 12, in public schools for the 2025-2026 academic year. The strategy strives to maintain discipline and provide a balanced learning environment that meets the requirements of students of all ages.

According to the plan, which was examined by Al-Emarat Al-Youm, the Ministry will develop a mechanism for separating pupils into two groups for attendance and departure. This will improve the flow of movement in and out of schools, avoid the problems of student congestion and overcrowding in facilities and corridors, and more effectively regulate school bus utilization.

The Ministry has fixed the duration of each session at 40 to 45 minutes, depending on the stage, while allowing schools to schedule breaks and time intervals between classes to ensure that the educational process runs smoothly.
