Neymar

Neymar da Silva Santos Junior, widely known as Neymar, is a Brazilian footballer born in Mogi das Cruzes, Sao Paulo, on 5 February 1992. He primarily plays on the left wing but can also operate in other attacking roles, combining dribbling, chance creation and finishing. He began his professional career with Santos in 2009 and helped the club win the Copa Libertadores in 2011. Neymar joined Barcelona in 2013, where he won the UEFA Champions League and La Liga, before moving to Paris Saint-Germain in 2017. He joined Saudi club Al Hilal in 2023 and returned to Santos in 2025. At international level, Neymar has represented Brazil at major tournaments and won Olympic football gold at Rio 2016. He is Brazil men's all-time leading scorer. Several seasons of his career have been affected by injuries that kept him out for varying periods.
