Approved by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, housing projects worth AED 5.4 billion would build 3,004 residences for Emirati nationals at different areas of Dubai.

The housing projects will serve several beneficiary groups. There will be 1,181 residences in Latifa City set aside for loan recipients.
