Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has revealed an increase in the required localization rates for four private sector medical professions, Together with the Ministry of Health, Starting April 17 next year, this action, meant to increase Saudi national job prospects, will take effect.

These regulations will first apply to facilities in key cities such Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, Dammam, and Alkhobar as well as to big projects elsewhere.
Starting on October 17, 2025, these required localization percentages in the second phase of this strategy will cover all private sector facilities all around, regardless of size or location.
