The UAE Fuel Price Committee has approved fuel prices for April 2026, reflecting significant increases amid global market shifts and ongoing regional tensions impacting energy markets.
According to the latest update, diesel prices reached 4.69 AED per liter, while Super 98 petrol stood at 3.39 AED per liter, Special 95 at 3.28 AED per liter, and E-Plus 91 at 3.20 AED per liter.
Compared to March 2026, fuel prices recorded a sharp rise, as diesel was priced at 2.72 AED per liter, Super 98 at 2.59 AED, Special 95 at 2.48 AED, and E-Plus 91 at 2.40 AED per liter.
This increase reflects the UAE’s alignment with global oil price movements, in addition to the impact of geopolitical tensions and supply chain disruptions affecting international energy markets.
The rise in fuel prices is expected to influence transportation and service costs across the country, while markets continue to monitor future trends amid expectations of ongoing volatility.
