Dubai South Properties launched South Square, a new residential development near Al Maktoum International Airport, selling out the S4 Tower in just three hours amid high investor demand. The project offers over 550 apartments, with completion set for late 2028.

Dubai South Properties unveiled South Square, a new residential development strategically located along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road near Al Maktoum International Airport. Remarkably, the S4 Tower within this project was sold out completely within just three hours of its launch.

Dubai South Investment Boom

The South Square development is poised to meet the growing demand from investors and residents attracted to this bustling area. It comprises over 550 apartments which are available in one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations.

The community is designed with a focus on wellness and connectivity, featuring landscaped outdoor spaces, seed farms, walking trails, water features, a yoga deck, fitness and leisure zones, as well as retail outlets, dining facilities, and co-working spaces.

Prices for the units start at AED 1.1 million, with the project's completion anticipated by the fourth quarter of 2028.

Additionally, the GEMS Founders School at Dubai South opened last year, adding to the area's educational offerings.

The Residential District currently accommodates over 30,000 residents across gated communities that feature a mix of apartments and townhouses.
