Parkin, the biggest supplier of paid public parking solutions in Dubai, is ready to offer Saudi Arabia its knowledge, Innovative technologies including artificial intelligence (AI), real-time data processing, digital gates, sensors, and smart cameras will be especially emphasized in the collaboration, These instruments are meant to maximize parking space use, ease traffic congestion, and provide consumers a flawless experience.
A Parkin statement claims that the agreement will investigate chances to increase paid parking facilities in cooperation with municipalities, real estate developers, shopping centers, hotels, and other businesses all throughout Saudi Arabia. Currently the biggest supplier of paid public parking in Saudi Arabia is Batic, via its subsidiary Smart City Solutions Co. (SCSC). Its well-known presence and expertise in running large parking lots lays a solid basis for the cooperation with Parkin, Together, they hope to simplify parking options and enhance the whole customer experience thereby guaranteeing better mobility for both residents and guests.
This global cooperation follows Parkin's announcement of premium parking rates in Dubai, Premium parking spaces will cost Dh6 per hour starting in March 2025 during busy times (8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM), Other public paid parking spots will still run at Dh4 an hour.
