Dubai launches a fully digital property sale service enabling seamless online transactions through electronic signatures via UAE Pass.
This initiative sets new standards for speed, reliability, and efficiency in property dealings, further solidifying Dubai's standing as a sustainable and technologically advanced economy.
This pioneering service allows customers to complete registration and sales processes entirely online, utilizing electronic signatures facilitated through the UAE Pass app.
Revolutionizing Property Sales
Available 24/7 from any location, the Digital Sale service aligns with governmental strategies to provide services via unified digital platforms. According to statements from the Dubai Land Department, this development redefines property buying, selling, and registration by streamlining procedures while enhancing security, trust, and transparency.
The launch also boosts Dubai's allure to global investors by fostering an innovative real estate environment driven by technological advancement.
A Seamless Digital Process
The service offers a remote end-to-end digital experience starting with creating an electronic sale contract. The seller signs it digitally before sending it to the buyer. Upon payment transfer to a designated account within the platform, the ownership certificate is promptly issued in the buyer’s name.
Participants must possess valid Emirates IDs and active UAE Pass accounts for verified digital signing. Properties eligible include those located in freehold areas under residential or commercial classifications without existing mortgages and owned singularly.
Propelling Real Estate Growth
The introduction of Digital Sale coincides with robust performance in Dubai's real estate sector over recent years. It is pivotal for achieving total digitization of real estate services while nurturing an investment-friendly property market driven by innovation.
Launched at GITEX Global 2025, this initiative emphasizes Dubai's leadership in digital transformation and supports strategic visions such as the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033.
Additionally showcased was DLD's Real Estate Instant Registration Platform at GITEX Global 2025-an advanced dashboard offering real-time data on transactions across various districts that enhance market transparency and credibility.
