Registration for the Dubai Airshow 2025 has opened, featuring new nighttime events and a focus on innovation, sustainability, and talent development.

The Dubai Airshow has announced the opening of registration for its 19th edition, slated to occur from November 17 to 21 at Dubai World Central. This edition promises to be the most innovative yet, featuring unique nighttime events, runway networking gatherings, and a heightened emphasis on sustainability and the nurturing of talent.

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) reports that the aviation industry contributes $92 billion to the UAE’s GDP, accounting for 18.2% of it. Additionally, the commercial aircraft fleet in the Middle East is projected to grow by 5.1% annually over the next decade.

Major General Dr. Mubarak Saeed bin Ghafan Al Jabri, Executive Director of the Military Committee organizing the Dubai Airshow, emphasized the opportunity to display the UAE’s leadership in aviation and defense. He stated, "With the industry evolving rapidly, the Ministry of Defence remains committed to advancing innovation and building capabilities that will define the future of the military sector. Supporting and empowering the next generation of talent is central to this vision, ensuring the UAE remains at the forefront of global progress.”

Notable features of the 2025 show include:

  • Runway networking event at SkyDive Dubai: An unprecedented gathering of aviation leaders, featuring drone shows, skydiving acts, live music, and exclusive hospitality.
  • Night-time programming: Extending into the evening on Day 2, with activities such as aircraft viewing, receptions, and drone displays continuing until 9 PM.
  • Sustainability focus: Highlighting the industry's dedication to eco-friendly technologies and greener aviation solutions.

The Dubai Airshow 2025 will further highlight global aviation, aerospace, and defense innovations through various dedicated platforms, including:

  • VISTA: The region’s leading hub for aviation and space start-ups.
  • NextGen Leaders program: Designed to inspire and mentor upcoming aviation talent.
  • The Academy: A new initiative equipping youth with skills for future careers in the industry.
  • Aerospace Executive Club: Facilitating private discussions among senior industry leaders.
  • AI-powered matchmaking system: Enhancing networking for thousands of delegates via the official app.
