RAK Properties Debuts Solera Apartment Project in Downtown Mina

RAK Properties launches Solera, a new apartment community in the Downtown Mina district of Raha Island, marking a significant addition to Ras Al Khaimah's real estate market.
RAK Properties, Ras Al Khaimah's publicly listed property developer, has unveiled Solera, a new apartment community set to become a cornerstone of the Downtown Mina district on Raha Island.
The Solera development encompasses 451 units distributed across three interconnected buildings. This project marks the inception of RAK Properties' Downtown Mina district, which upon full development, will consist of six residential communities.
Solera: A Downtown Mina Introduction
The Downtown Mina will provide a range of retail and dining options, landscaped parks, covered walkways, and community spaces, all forming part of the extensive Mina master plan.
Solera offers apartments ranging from 386 to 3,104 square feet, with prices starting at AED 768,000.
The amenities include a 40-metre infinity lap pool, a children's pool and splash pad, along with the Solera Flame Pavilion—a vibrant outdoor area complete with a barbecue kitchen.
Additional features of the development include sculptural gardens, a telescope corner, hammock gardens, a skateboard park, and a gymnasium. The NOOK, a social lounge and co-working space, is designed to attract remote workers and entrepreneurs.

The company celebrates its twentieth anniversary this year and is advancing its 2025 product launch pipeline. This year, RAK Properties is focusing on delivery, showcasing projects like Mirasol, SKAI, Anantara Mina Ras Al Khaimah Residences, and ENTA, developed in collaboration with Hive and A.R.M Holding. Among ongoing construction efforts, they aim to hand over more than 800 homes to customers by year's end.
RAK Properties remains committed to increasing its housing inventory, with over 3,000 homes currently under construction. With the anticipated launch of the Wynn Resort, the developer is set to deliver more homes in RAK by Q1 2027 than any other local developer, enhancing investor returns with the introduction of this key luxury resort.
