This index will assess fleet vehicle and driver cleanliness overall, Operating within the RTA's ride-hailing system, it will log observations linked to hygiene for every 100,000 rides Hala Taxis completes.

Starting in 2025, the authority also intends to undertake mystery shopper evaluations and consumer satisfaction surveys, These assessments which will be semi-annual, center on evaluating driver and vehicle condition, The efforts will be much enhanced by the feedback gathered through these tests.

The RTA is dedicated to assess the general success of these projects, To track development and pinpoint areas needing work, the authority will examine information from the monthly cleanliness index, consumer polls, and inspection programs, The RTA wants to keep high levels of cleanliness across its fleet by means of a data-driven strategy, therefore guaranteeing that passengers enjoy a safe, comfortable, and hygienic travel experience.

These projects capture Dubai's larger goal of using creativity and technology to improve public services, Through cleanliness-oriented initiatives and AI for smoking detection piloting, the RTA hopes to set a standard for public transportation quality, Part of a long-term plan to match taxi services with the emirate's status as a worldwide leader in modern, efficient, and customer-centric transportation solutions, are the more frequent inspections and continuous reviews.
