Dubai Real Estate: Starlight Park Superstructure Completed Early

The completion of the superstructure at Starlight Park in Meydan District 11 was celebrated in a milestone event, while construction commenced on The Cube Residences in District 11, MBR.

Both developments represent a substantial investment, valued at over AED 400 million combined.

AMWAJ Development Celebrates Major Achievements

Emad Saleh, founder and chairman of AMWAJ Development, was joined by key figures including Murad Saleh, CEO; Hassan Hijazi, CFO; Aida El Shahabi, COO; Mohammed Musthafa, managing director of Emsquare Engineering Consultants; Mazin Al Zagoum, Managing Director of Sumer Contracting Company; and Sunjay Shanker, General Manager of Accurex Project Management, alongside AMWAJ's dedicated team.

Starlight Park boasts 100% completion of its superstructure across four buildings, with 44% of overall construction progress achieved.

Set ahead of schedule for a Q2 2026 completion, interior and MEP works are now underway.

The development features four residential towers (B+G+5+R) containing 172 units of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, along with eight ground-floor retail spaces. Amenities include rooftop pools, gyms, a cinema, yoga and boxing studios, children’s play areas, EV charging stations, and a padel tennis court.

Representatives from Emsquare and Sumer Contracting joined hundreds of workers for the ceremony, who were treated to over 400 celebratory meals.

The Cube Residences Begins Vertical Construction

Following the completion of foundational works like shoring and excavation, AMWAJ Development initiated vertical construction on The Cube Residences, slated for completion in Q4 2026.

This project will consist of a mid-rise structure featuring one and two-bedroom furnished apartments.

The design focuses on efficient, functional layouts with premium finishes and sustainable materials.
